Original mark sheet of S.S.C., H.S.C., or diploma certificate of passing.
Leaving certificate.
Aadhaar card.
Four photocopies of the above documents.
Eight passport-size photographs.

AD-DMLT (MSBTE), B.Voc, and M.Voc Courses

Original mark sheet of S.S.C., H.S.C., degree, or diploma certificate of passing.
Leaving certificate.
Caste certificate, validity certificate, migration certificate, and domicile certificate, wherever applicable.
Aadhaar card.
Four photocopies of the above documents.
Eight passport-size photographs.
